After buying a set of tires from A GOODYEAR in Wytheville Va. The two Hercules tires I bought were a bad set and I couldn't get the local dealer to warranty the tires without buying another set while waiting for a month to get my money back. I called Adam and asked for his advice. Adam didn't hesitate to take time out of his day to help me figure out what to do to solve my problem. This was after I bought these tires from another dealer and it wasnt his problem at all. That's what I call customer service at its finest. I will never buy another set of tires from anywhere else besides Adam's friendly tire. This company goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of you even if you haven't bought the tires or other products from them. Adam's will always have my support and Recomendations. I’ll start by saying I had never done business with friendly tire before last week but they now have lifelong customers. While in Wise I ran over a large metal object that punctured my tire and I literally googled the closest tire shop so I could get my car there as quick as possible. My husband was at work and I had no idea what to do. From the second I pulled in these guys were so nice! I pulled in expecting to have to wait a while because they were super busy. They fixed my tire and had me on my way within 10-15 minutes of me pulling in. Amazing service & super friendly people! We will be returning for any tire services we will be needing from here on out!
